It is my mission to empower the next generation of mothers to embrace complete body autonomy, harness their innate wisdom, and surrender to their true power.

To support this journey, I have developed an 8-step coaching process designed for new mothers who want to mentally prepare for the birth of their dreams and unleash the mother within.

Each step in this process is tailored to help you build confidence, trust your body, and cultivate a positive mindset. If you’re ready to embark on this transformative journey, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Coaching Program Overview​

  1. Initial Consultation (60 minutes): We’ll identify your past experiences and history, exploring any underlying issues. I’ll ask targeted questions to uncover deep structure problems that may need addressing.

  2. Therapy Intervention Session (60 minutes): In this session, we’ll focus on identifying the emotions tied to your experiences and work to clear any stored emotions, fostering healing and clarity.

  3. Follow-Up Therapy Session (60 minutes): We’ll address any remaining emotions or limiting beliefs, test to ensure the presenting issues have been resolved, and set future goals to help you create the birth you desire.

  4. Birth Maps & Options Consultation (60 minutes): We’ll discuss various birthing options, their pros and cons, and the importance of arming yourself with knowledge to make informed decisions.

  5. Pain Management Consultation (60 minutes): This session will cover effective pain management techniques, the role of hormones during labor, and how to utilise various tools for a more comfortable experience.

  6. Partner Coaching Session (60 minutes): In this crucial step, we’ll focus on how to prepare your partner or support person. Their role is vital in creating a supportive environment during labor.

  7. Newborn & Early Postpartum Care: We’ll discuss the importance of the golden hour, breastfeeding tips, and essential post-birth interventions to support you and your newborn.

  8. Navigating Postpartum Life: This session will cover what you need, what you don’t, and strategies to navigate this blissful yet challenging time effectively.
